I really like these electric candles. The are more narrow than I thought but I have been able to more more in each lantern and they look great. Made from real wax the look good. I like how you can adjust the brightness of each candle and how the have a realistic flickering flame. The remote works great.They would look a little better if they were larger in diameter, but they are OK as they are. I thought they were going to be the flickering lights where the "flame" actually moved, but the flickering is accomplished by the light dimming and brightening. We have these placed in the fireplace for the summer, and the electric flickering is fine. You can also just have them not flicker. You can also dim the lights. The timer function is convenient (you can select how long the lights stay on), but we found out that if you use this function, the lights come on the same time each night unless you press the OFF button. It is also nice that the lights flash to acknowledge the various remote commands. I would buy these again (but since there were so many candles included, we really don't need any more).First of all, they delivered these really fast. My only complaint is that one of the candles had a broken latch on the bottom of it (that holds the batteries in), but they sent an extra one, so I just switched it out. You do need 18 double A batteries, so buy some before these arrive. They are a little thinner than I expected, but it isn't a deal-breaker. The seller didn't hide this fact, that was an oversight on my part. I will probably buy more candles in different sizes and mix them into this set because the space I'm filling is quite large.The positives are that these candles look great! The remote is so convenient, and if you play with the settings, you can get the candles to flicker like real ones, and they look fantastic. They are more of a yellow color than white, but I love them. We have a faux fireplace, and I placed ours in the center of it.I would definitely buy from this company again. My rating is only down one star because of the broken latch.Ordered set of 12 pieces but only got 10 in the box, missing two pieces as well as one remote.I ended up needing to change my wedding centerpieces on fairly short notice. I am trying to keep the wedding on a budget so was looking for the nicest looking, but cheap options. I decided to do candles but my venue does not allow open flames without a vase so I began looking at LED options. With 18 guest tables and the head table, I knew I was going to need a lot which was when I happened across this set. For every 9 candle set, I will get 3 tables centerpieces.I was worried about these looking tacky, but they are made out of real wax and the candle flames look pretty real. I like that each set of 9 came with two remotes.I will put three candles on a charger plate and surround with some flowers. I think it will look beautiful.The candles are a bit on the slim side, but its not terrible. Worst comes to worst, I need to buy another set or two to put four candles on each table.I bought these battery candles earlier this year because I was looking for something nice to put in the fireplace- wound up using them around the living room and bedroom after Hurricane Ida hit and we lost power for 5 days. They lit up the space pretty well and the remote timer was awesome! I might actually put them in the fireplace now lolBeautiful candles which give my treatment room an amazing atmosphere, but the battery covers keep breaking, causing the batteries to push out and the candle not be able to work. I'm on my 3rd set, and it's been impossible to get in contact with the sellers. So, I'm just going to communicate it here.This was a nice little flameless candle set. It was secured in Styrofoam but one smaller candle was cracked all the way down with other broken pieces but I will fix it somehow. In order to get a replacement I have to pack up the whole set and send it back in order to get an other whole set delivered as a replacement...too much hassle. It was my fault for not noticing dimensions. These were narrower than I thought. But, all in all a great set for the money.
