Very nice floating candles. Too large of a diameter for me to use for my intended purpose, but my daughter is using them.Fabulous, LONG-lasting floating candles. Hold their shape and burn for at least 4 hours before they start to get a little deformed.These were ordered for my son's rehearsal dinner centerpieces...which will have live goldfish. I did a test burn because of the other comments of residue in the water (no fish in the test). The initial burn was 2.5 hours and it burned well and clean. The next day I burned it another hour and a half and the water stayed clean and the candle burned well. A 5 year old looked at it and wondered at how the candle remained afloat, but did not do anything to poke or prod. I feel perfectly safe continuing my plans for the centerpieces which will, upon conclusion of the event, go home with 7 people who want fish.I bought these floating candles to use in wedding centerpieces. They were used in tall glass vessels that contained some submerged flowers held in place by glass pebbles, and a candle afloat at the surface. They looked great, and they worked quite well as part of the centerpiece. The candles burned all evening, and the wax didn't spill out into the water. In other words, an ideal floating candle for my purposes. I could easily imagine these candles in any number of settings, from a bathtub of water to a floating in a spherical bowl of water. Simple, and elegant in a basic, clean white candle.I ordered these candles for centerpieces I was making. The color is bright white and they float well in the water.They arrived on time, but the box they were in was so thin and flimsy almost all the candles had spilled out and they were a little damaged.Nice candles, but some were mis-shapen.Purchased these for my 10 inch tall cylinder centerpieces which had a 4 inch opening. They were the perfect candles! Lasted the entire evening (4-9pm) and I can still reuse them. The color is true white, wicks were a good length and all floated beautifully. Shipping was super fast. They came in 3 days although I was expecting to get them in 5 to 7 days!they were good , I have bought thicker ones in the past but it is so hard to tell on line what you are truly getting I only had one to go out due to a water seepage in bottom of floater
